We do not check any orders that have already been placed for compatibility. Metal parts may have scratches/Scuffs on them, but it does not interfere with the working of the part itself and they are new and unused.
Just message in and ask. You will be contacted if this is needed. Claims will be made through UPS by the purchaser. We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on back-ordered or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible. A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return. All parts must be new with the original packaging and manufacturing stickers. We cannot take back used parts. We cannot take back installed or tried parts. Electrical parts are non returnable. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria. Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
